Our public giving commitment
Rebel Frog commits 15% of qualifying net profit to three North Texas nonprofits—5% to each. This page explains the math, names the recipients, and keeps the receipts in public view.
The promise
At the close of every calendar quarter, Rebel Frog calculates qualifying net profit. Five percent of that amount is designated for each nonprofit. Donations are sent within 30 days after quarter-end, then recorded here.
Three organizations / one stronger pond
We chose organizations doing direct work in North Texas, publishing financial information, and earning four-star Charity Navigator ratings.
Freedom, safety & immigrant justice
HRI empowers immigrants facing human-rights abuses through free legal and social services. This is where our immigration- and ICE-related work turns into direct local support.
LGBTQIA+ health, dignity & community
Resource Center provides affirming health care, HIV services, mental-health care, food assistance, insurance help, advocacy, and community programs across North Texas.
Food access across North Texas
NTFB distributes food through hundreds of partner agencies and direct programs across North Texas. Hunger relief is practical, immediate, and belongs in every version of a stronger pond.

You do not have to buy Rebel Frog merch to do something good. If one of these organizations speaks to you, send your support straight to the people doing the work. Buying from us helps fund our giving commitment. Donating directly gets your money to the cause without taking a detour through us.

Sales tax and customer-paid shipping are excluded from revenue before the calculation. If qualifying net profit for a quarter is zero or negative, the percentage-based amount is zero.Public donation ledger
Each completed report will show the calculation, amount sent to every organization, payment date, and redacted proof of donation. Past reports stay available if the commitment changes later.
Commitment begins August 12, 2026. No donation amounts are reported before the first reporting period closes.
