Shipping policy
GETTING THE GOODS TO YOU.
Orders ship when the purchased items are available and ready for fulfillment.
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown during checkout. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or address problems outside Rebel Frog's control.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost, contact hello@rebelfrog.com with the order number and relevant photos.
Refund policy
30 DAYS. KEEP IT HONEST.
Return requests may be made within 30 days after receiving an item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Contact hello@rebelfrog.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted. Custom products, personal-care goods, hazardous items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time after Rebel Frog issues the refund.
Privacy policy
YOUR DATA IS NOT THE PRODUCT.
Rebel Frog collects only the information needed to operate this site, answer messages, measure site performance when analytics is accepted, and fulfill orders. Form entries are not included in analytics.
Product browsing and resources remain on RebelFrog.com. When you choose to check out, cart and order information is sent to Shopify so it can process payment, taxes, shipping, fraud checks, and order administration. Rebel Frog does not receive your full payment-card number.
Rebel Frog does not sell personal information. Service providers receive only what they need to perform their contracted role. Contact hello@rebelfrog.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

By using RebelFrog.com, you agree not to disrupt the site, misuse its forms, copy protected artwork for commercial use, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change. Orders may be declined or canceled for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, or legal reasons. Checkout creates a separate transaction governed by the terms shown during checkout.
External resources are provided for convenience and education. Rebel Frog does not control those organizations or guarantee the continued accuracy of third-party content.
