Sent after payment

Shopify processes payment and sends the gift card. Your order confirmation records the recipient details and scheduled date. This preview does not confirm email delivery or that the recipient opened it.

To check an existing card’s balance, open the “View gift card” link in your Shopify email. Contact support if that email is missing. Never enter a gift-card code into a public form.

Gift messages & packaging

Add a free gift message in your cart. The message transfers to the Shopify order for fulfillment staff.

Gift packaging is available only after the owner confirms supplies and eligible products. A gift message does not automatically include wrapping.
