REDEEM
100 points unlock a $5 Shopify discount code. Each code has one use total, expires after one year, and does not combine with other product/order discounts. Halloween fundraiser products are excluded.
LEVEL UP
Your tier is based on total earned points, rather than the points you have left to spend.
- Tadpole — join for free: vote in the weekly community poll immediately and access member previews.
- Frog — earn 250 points: keep preview access and vote on future collections.
- Bullfrog — earn 750 points: keep Frog benefits and vote on future art directions.
Redeeming points does not lower your tier. Refunds can reduce earned points. After 30 days of membership, you can claim a $5 birthday reward during your birthday month when your birthday is saved.

THIS WEEK IN THE POND
Free members can vote immediately—no purchase or points needed for the weekly community poll. A new question opens every Monday at 00:00 UTC (Sunday evening in Texas). One changeable vote per member. Feedback informs our choices; it is not a promise to manufacture a design.
Frog members (250 earned points) also vote on collections; Bullfrog members (750) unlock artist-direction votes when available.
